Classification
Item #: SCP-[...]; Containment Class: Euclid (Unpredictable); Clearance Level: 2 (Restricted); Disruption Class: Vlam (Localized to a small handful of people); Risk Class: Caution (Mild to moderate effect)
Special Containment Procedures
SCP-[...] is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber is to be equipped with a reinforced glass observation window and a specialized ventilation system capable of neutralizing acidic vapors. SCP-[...] is to be provided with standard amenities appropriate for a pre-adolescent human, including a bed, bathroom facilities, and age-appropriate entertainment materials.

SCP-[...] is to be fed a controlled diet consisting of non-toxic, easily digestible foods to minimize the need for its anomalous ability. Any instances of SCP-[...]'s vomiting response must be carefully monitored and contained. Research personnel must observe SCP-[...] through the observation window during feeding times and when administering any substances for testing purposes.

In the event of an accidental release of SCP-[...]'s vomit, all personnel in the vicinity should evacuate the area immediately. A Hazmat team is to be on standby to decontaminate the affected area and neutralize the acidic substance. Any personnel exposed to the vomit should undergo immediate medical examination and treatment to ensure no long-term effects.
Description
SCP-[...] is a female child of indeterminate age, appearing to be approximately 10 years old. She possesses a unique anatomical anomaly in the form of a sac-like organ connected to her esophagus, which functions as a specialized storage and expulsion system for hydrochloric acid. This sac can be activated voluntarily or as an automatic response to the presence of poisonous substances within SCP-[...]'s body.

When SCP-[...]'s vomiting response is triggered, the sac rapidly fills with a highly concentrated solution of hydrochloric acid, along with trace amounts of bodily residue and any ingested toxins. The subsequent expulsion of this fluid is forceful and can project the acidic substance over a considerable distance. The vomit's appearance is similar to that of regular human vomit, but with a distinct chemical odor.

The most notable effect of SCP-[...]'s ability is the compulsion it induces in individuals who witness the vomiting event. Any person observing SCP-[...]'s vomit will experience an overwhelming urge to vomit themselves, regardless of their physical condition or the presence of toxins in their system. This effect creates a chain reaction, potentially affecting a large number of individuals if not contained swiftly.

SCP-[...] was discovered in [REDACTED], India, after reports of a mysterious illness causing mass vomiting in a local school. Foundation agents were dispatched, and SCP-[...] was found to be the source of the anomaly. The child was cooperative and willingly entered Foundation custody, expressing relief at the prospect of understanding and controlling her ability.
Addendum A: Interview Log
Interviewed: SCP-[...]

Interviewer: Dr. █████, Lead Researcher

[SCP-[...] is seated in a comfortable chair within her containment chamber. Dr. █████ enters with a notepad and sits across from her]

Dr. █████: Hello, SCP-[...]. How are you feeling today?

SCP-[...]: Fine, I guess. I don't like it when my tummy feels funny, but the doctors here give me medicine to make it better.

Dr. █████: That's good to hear. We want to make sure you're comfortable and safe. Can you tell me more about what happens when your 'tummy feels funny'?

SCP-[...]: It's like a tickle at first, and then it gets bigger and bigger. It's like my body is telling me to get rid of something yucky. And then I just... [SCP-[...] makes a retching sound]... and it all comes out.

Dr. █████: And when you do that, do you feel better?

SCP-[...]: Yeah, it's like a big relief. But sometimes, I can feel other people feeling yucky too. It's like they're all doing it with me.

Dr. █████: That's very interesting. So, you sense that others are experiencing the same thing when you vomit?

SCP-[...]: Yeah, it's like we're all connected for a moment. But it makes me sad when they feel sick because of me.

Addendum B: Voluntary Vomit Test
A controlled experiment was conducted to observe SCP-[...]'s ability to induce vomiting in others when she activates her anomalous ability voluntarily. Four (4) D-class personnel (D-9181, D-10234, D-11567, and D-12093) were briefed on the nature of SCP-[...] and instructed to observe her closely during the test.

Test Procedure:

- SCP-[...] was instructed to consume a small, non-toxic meal consisting of [REDACTED] to stimulate her digestive system.
- After a waiting period of 30 minutes, SCP-[...] was asked to voluntarily activate her vomiting response.
- D-class personnel were positioned at varying distances from SCP-[...], ranging from 5 to 20 meters, and instructed to observe the event.
- Video and audio recording devices were set up to capture the reactions of the D-class personnel.

Results:

- SCP-[...] successfully induced vomiting in all four D-class personnel upon activating her ability.
- The reaction time between SCP-[...]'s vomit and the D-class personnel's response varied, with D-10234 and D-11567 vomiting within 3 seconds, and D-9181 and D-12093 reacting after approximately 5 seconds.
- All D-class personnel exhibited signs of distress and discomfort during the event, with reports of intense nausea and involuntary retching.
- Post-test interviews revealed that the D-class personnel experienced a strong compulsion to vomit, describing it as an overwhelming and uncontrollable urge.

Analysis:

The test confirms that SCP-[...]'s ability to induce vomiting in observers is not limited to instances of involuntary vomiting due to toxins. The voluntary activation of her anomalous ability is equally effective in triggering the vomiting response in witnesses. This suggests a powerful memetic or psychological component to SCP-[...]'s anomaly.

Despite the potential tactical applications of SCP-[...]'s ability, the Ethics Committee has decided that SCP-[...] will not be utilized for such purposes due to ethical concerns and the potential for uncontrollable chain reactions. Further research will focus on understanding and possibly mitigating the effects of SCP-[...]'s anomalous vomiting.
